| The Market House contains a holiday let called "Tides Reach" in the northwest corner of the building. It is a very large building, so I suspect it may also contain private residential units. |

| The Golden Lion, which is right behind this building, has always been used as the "Crab & Lobster Pub" in this series, although there have been a few years where interiors of other pubs in north Cornwall were used. But anytime you see someone waking into the pub, they are walking into the Platt side opening of this building. You can see a couple of examples below. Series 1, Episode 3 has Martin & Louisa walking into the pub. I believe the door Martin is about to open may be the entrance to Tides Reach. In Series 2, Episode 8, Martin & Louisa are talking on the Platt. She tells him not to move a muscle and walks into the pub to purchase a couple bottles of wine. In Series 5, Episode 1, Mike Chubb yells to Martin from the top of a ladder up against this building. A few minutes later, Joe Penhale lets go of the ladder to follow Martin and the ladder falls. |
