| Wesley House came by its name because it was rumoured that John Wesley stayed there at least once during his fourteen visits to Port Isaac between 1747 - 1789. It sits right to the side of the former Weslyan Chapel which was built in the 1830s (apparently replacing the original built around 1750). It appears to be a private residence. |
